THE FIRM
Auremont exists because of a pattern we kept running into. Companies were paying for advice from people who never had to build it, then paying again for a build from people who were never asked whether it was the right one. The advice was unfalsifiable. The build was unquestioned. When the product failed, both parties had already been paid.
We could not find a firm that would hold both ends, so we became one. Auremont Advisory takes a position on what should be built, and then builds it. That means our recommendations carry consequences for us, which is the only arrangement that reliably produces honest ones.
WHAT WE HOLD TO
Four things we will not negotiate on.
Judgement over volume.
We would rather take one engagement seriously than five superficially.
Craft over speed.
Fast is a consequence of getting the decisions right, not a substitute for it.
Ownership over dependency.
You should be able to fire us and lose nothing but us.
Candour over comfort.
If the honest answer is unwelcome, it is still the answer.

Auremont Advisory Ltd is registered in the British Virgin Islands, at P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola. The team is senior and distributed, and works remotely with clients internationally.
Engagements are deliberately limited in number. We are not structured for volume. We are structured for the kind of work where the outcome matters more than the throughput.
