An advisory is responsible for whether the brief was right in the first place; an agency executes the brief it was handed. Auremont does both, which means our recommendations carry consequences — if the advice is wrong, we have to build through it.

Each phase is quoted at a fixed scope and fixed price before it begins, and you approve each phase before the next starts, so cost is committed incrementally rather than all at once. What any given engagement costs depends on scope, and that scope is established together before anything is signed.

A realistic schedule with defined decision points is produced at the end of the Define phase rather than estimated at the start before scope is understood. The Position and Define phases are short relative to Build; how long the Build phase takes depends entirely on what is being built.
